It is something you have to discover for yourself, in your own time, in your own way. My ways mightn't suit you or your experiences and might only cripple you further. Trusting in your own direct experiences is the key to all this healing so there's not much point in me telling you - that would only direct you in the way that I went, not in the way you need to go.
